Gandy Coffee House is built around the idea that this beautifully built historic home deserves an equally crafted coffee. Every decision we have made - from the water to the beans to the equipment, was chosen with the same care we used in restoring the house itself.
Our espresso is prepared on a La Marzocco machine, paired with precision grinders, and our baristas dial in every shot with accuracy and consistency.
Great coffee starts with great water, so each drink is made with a premium reverse-osmosis filtered water that removes impurities and creates the ideal mineral balance for extraction.
Our beans our roasted by one of North Carolina’s most respected specialty roasters, known for its exceptional sourcing and vibrant, expressive coffees.
Our menu is intentionally coffee forward. Alongside our classic espresso drinks, guests can explore hand brewed pour-overs, rotating coffee flights, and seasonal selections.
Even our decaf espresso, whole leaf tea selections, and hot chocolate receive the same care and attention as everything else behind our bar. We also include gluten free selections on our menu list.
